Counselor

Hello! This is my second year at Lakeway Elementary, and I am thrilled to be a part of our herd – One Heart, One Herd! Before becoming a school counselor, I worked closely with children, families, and adults, providing support and guidance related to military life, career development, and educational planning. I received my Texas School Counselor Certification through Angelo State University and hold both an Education Specialist and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University.

I believe that every student deserves to feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their educational journey. I strive to build a school counseling program that is proactive, welcoming, and responsive to the unique strengths of our campus. Collaboration and partnership with students, families, and staff are values I hold deeply and are paramount to the success of our school counseling program.
